   I too have been looking for a way to contact the members of my event. The only way I see is by individual messages to their shoutboxes.
   
   This is time consuming, especially if you have a lot of members.

      goshopper1 is right, there isn't currently a way to contact al of the members in your event outside of their shoutboxes. This is something that we are currently working on adding very soon based on the community suggestions. Please feel free to leave us any other suggestions you may have.

   I would like to send all the menbers in My World Suicide Prevention Day event a notice to let them and Bloggers Unite know that our event is listed on The IASP's and WHO's activities site.

   ah... I can't believe it... I have over 80 people signed up to blog for my cause and no way of reaching them to say thanks, give topic ideas, make announcements, etc. It kind of defeats the whole purpose of them joining the cause, right? Aren't they are MOST IMPORTANT people to our cause? It would be nice to be able to communicate with them. No way can I email them thru their box individually. too much time and deformed hands from rheumatoid arthritis. What a nightmare!

   You ask them to sign up for an email list so that you can easily have their contacts to send out updates.

   I'm back a year later and was hoping this had been changed. So... still no way to contact bloggers via email? Unfortunately, I'll have to see what my other option are. I'm hoping... maybe??

   I think that we are under a autopilot here,
   There are no human beings available to answer our question.
   It's amazing. This is one of the reasons why people don't create events here.
   I will do it in another platform because here it's impossible to gather people because people simply don't trust it.

   I can't see why Bloggers Unite cannot have the same features as Blog Catalog and therefore a broadcast capacity. There should also be a RSS capability with the Participating Blogs section so that we can get the word out better about a particular event and issues related to it.
