How can we help educate our family members and get them involved in raising awareness for aids?

I participate in Hill Country Ride for Aids yearly where people raise money by riding their bikes, and I get my friends out to help volunteer, but I want to do more. Just recently Hill Country Ride for Aids launched a 'Spandex Campaign' to make it more fun for the community year round.
