Why did you join Bloggers Unite?

I joined because I want to make a difference with my blogging, matter how small.

I thought the same Envoy especially in an event that talks about people being severe hurt by medicines at a degree that they act violent killing other people or themselves due to drug-induced violent behavior.
But Bloggers Unite has as sponsor an organization that helps these drugs being on the market because many people profits from drugs that are highly expensive.
So... the event disappeared.

I was looking for events that many bloggers come together for. This site accomplishes just that. Sad the site doesn't have more people on it.

Hi! I am new to bloggersunite. I was looking for some information on World Suicide Prevention day on the web, when I came across this site. I must say, I am very happy to find it.

I feel very strongly for such social causes, and would always like to contribute by my writings and making my readers aware about these issues.

Hey, I run a popular Indian blog YouthKiAwaaz.com, which is an award winning platform for the youth to express themselves on issues of concern. I feel that Bloggers Unite is the perfect platform for bloggers like us to collaborate and discover new projects, launch initiatives to collective see some change in our respective communities.

I would shortly be starting a new event. Hope that many benefit from this movement by Blag Catalog. Cheers to all.

I joined Bloggers Unite when they created the group 'World Aids Day. I had just written a post on AIDS to celebrate the day with World health Organization. I saw an opportunity to empower others for the prevention of other diseases.

This may seem strange, a poker site in a forum geared to "changing the world" but I feel that poker should help harness that huge dollar amount (in November the prize rewarded at the WSOP was over 8 million dollars) and use it for good.

It is, of course, the winners choice of what to do with his or hers money but I think there must be some way to raise awareness and encourage the winners to give charity- maybe to sites found here.

In any case, I would be interested in hearing peoples' ideas about how to encourage this and what a place like bloggers unite could possibly do.

Its something that bonds us all together with one common goal --- to spread awareness and to help make the world a better place to live in. I know it sounds so cliche and cheezy but at the end of the day...its the ultimate truth.

I think this site is awesome.. I joined this site to learn more about blogging and find blogger friends.. hope all the bloggers in the world will know about this site and not forfeit the purpose of this site to unite all the bloggers..
