Many have fear because of traumatic experiences and some fear the unknown. Without a doubt there is also an unconscious fear... we all experience at one point in our lives. Maybe we should all live by Roosevelt's famous quote "There is nothing to fear but fear itself".

A certain level of fear is important as it keeps us from doing things that may cause grave damage to us. Some fears we develop are irrational in that the amount of fear we experience is far higher than the risk being faced.

We either consciously or unconsciously fear certain things in life.But why do we fear? Is the fear of these things necessary.Why do we fear them?

I want learn from others, their view of the fear concept.
