On May 10, 2010 there will be national and local election for the government of the Philippines as scheduled. This coming election is what Filipinos are waiting for. The government of "Pres. Gloria M. Arroyo" had been blamed for so many corruptions and illegitimacy of governance. And the hidden news is she would be running again for Presidency. Will there be an election ? , If there will be one , who would be the good new president? What should be the programs of government of the new president? In these worldwide crisis, what kind of leaders should be elected..
