Should we only unite for Haiti?
The world have not yet recovered from the aftermath of Haiti earthquake, other natural disasters are striking; Chile earthaquake, Japan Tsunami...I wonder what else is comining. With time, uniting for Haiti will be way outdated, because other countries could still experience tectonic activities.
Shouldn't we find a way of being there for others?.

I think the fact that it will be "outdated" is a serious issue. People only seem to care about what's on the front page when the reality is that these people will need help for years to come. Unlike other developed countries hit by disasters, Haitians have no way of rebuilding and will be reliant on outside help to come back from this. I am not saying that other countries affected by disasters do not need help. They surely do and I think when tragedy strikes, the world unites behind those affected. I'm just saying that the Haitians probably need a little more help than others in their recovery.
