Naked Hope Protest

6/22/09

by: ladysmith

What more powerful statement and image of peace, hope and freedom could there be than to have the peoples of Iran (and any other country in turmoil) unite unarmed, unclothed and silent to march the streets to the seats of power in each of their cities and towns, baring their bodies, hearts and souls. No greater message could there be heard in Iran, or anywhere else, than naked silence. A silence that could travel the world faster and louder than any other sound.

Hi Mihaela. I'm sorry I don't understand what your displeasure is about. I have said nothing about Muslim or Catholic but rather about people. Yes, Muslim women baring their bodies may be seen as against the faith as may Catholic women baring all, but it would be a wakeup call to the desperation of the people. Would not you stop and think how desperate these people if they were to appear before you naked and silent. And would you be able to pick one religion from another or a believer from a non believer. This is about all people crying out for freedom for all, not one religion or race demanding power. This about being as God, by whatever name, created us and asking for peace for all; Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Jewish, Hindu and all from every land.
Peace and freedom is for all.
Please do not be angry Mihaela. My message is peace and harmony. Gained in peace and harmony. If you do not like or approve of my suggestion I do not mind; but instead ask you to provide a better one.

Your Idea are nonesense, crazy, and evil. If you suggest that what they want about fairness and freedom is same like naked!? Then you have lost your humanity. Why? Because Human is not animal, we have dignity, honour, and Faith.

If you want peace and harmony, then be like human, true human. And what is that? that is to be different from the wild animal.

I'm not angry. I'm just want you to realize that your way of thinking are lost.

Let's say if the Iranian Protester's do exactly like your ideas. Than it will be a blood bath, and many will die! You know that the police and army will just shoot them.

The best way is to be peace, true peace in our heart, then do whatever with passion and always realize that we might be wrong, so think before you do. And check and re-check. If the protesters are right, then they should go on with the right thing, not violently protest the result. If they are still lost than they should realize that there is always another chance.

Remember violent => more violent => more violent => chaos => war.
