Human Rights Day Comments

Human Rights
A man burgles your house and steals your property. The recession takes away your right to work. A foreign power invades your country. The thing about rights is that somebody gives them and somebody takes them away. 'Rights' in other words are fixed in immortal stone only in our heads. In practice they are up for grabs and human rights will not and cannot exist for any of us until we progress beyond ape-mind, learn respect for our fellow man and allow peace to reign upon the earth.

Our Entitlement
Everyone’s entitled to fulfilment without harm – human rights guarantee this entitlement in specific rights. Always act without harm to others, and our rights (and ourselves) will always be protected. Reject harm.

Fulfilment Without Harm Is For Everyone
It's time to get serious about human rights and our common purpose of fulfilment without harm. If everyone agrees, it will happen, and we will all be safe (at least from each other).

We all have the right to share what is right!
In times like this, we should stand to our rights and make the world a better place to live.

Human Rights Day is a time of celebration
The UDHR has given all people a chance and the right to live a life free from any forms of diiscrimination; based on age, gender, race, religion, ethnicity..... Every human should be respected for who they are not what they represent according to societal standards.

Human Rights Day
http://www.amnestyusa.org/writ…
Celebrate Human Rights Day by using the proven tool of writing letters to save lives.
Each year hundreds of thousands of people across the world mark International Human Rights Day on December 10 by taking part in Amnesty International's Write for Rights Global Write-a-thon - the world's largest letter writing event. We write letters to demand that the rights of individuals are respected, protected and fulfilled. In doing so, we show solidarity with those suffering human rights abuses and work to bring about real change in people's lives.
