Mass awareness
I think, various camps should be organized with the victims to promote non-violence against women. Continuous hammering with the mass awareness camps is the only solution of this age-old problem of our society.

International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women
November 25, International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, kicks off 16 Days of Activism to End Vioence Against Women.
November 25 marks the UN's International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The event kicks off activities by a number of organizations under a program called 16 Days of Activism, spearheaded through Rutger University's Center for Women's Global Leadership. With a global view, each day this program raises awareness on different social justice issues affecting women around the world, including sexual violence, domestic abuse, sexual harrassment, human trafficking, forced sterilization, kidnapping and exploitation. On November 25 (through December 10), join us in raising awareness on the abuse of and human rights injustices committed against our mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and global neighbors. Unfortunately even with continuous "hammering", I don't know how that will impact the deep cultural acceptance that my abuser felt in treating me the way he did. We can only hope that over time, all of our voices will create enough awareness to change the tide.
As a survivor, the other half of the battle is also in leaving an abuser and making sure that victims have support. This was a key element when I left my situation and continues to be a key element in my healing.
Whether people appreciate it or not, one person can have an enormous impact in a woman's life. Just listening, being a friend, making a phone call, giving a ride, offering a place to sleep for the night can really change the course of an abused woman's life.

All you've said is true. I can feel it. But I think, 'the deep cultural acceptance' may be modified in the next or next generations from evil to good after successful 'hammering' of an abuse because we inherit genes. Thus, attitude can be changed. At the same time, we know that this evil is only a part of all the evils exists. But if the process of containment is proper, then it can be totally removed within a century. And it is the main point. All the leading organizations of the globe should organize global awareness campaigns in this regard so we can hope that some day in the near future our society may get rid of this evil. We should raise our voice 365 days in a year to remove this evil from this of our beloved & beautiful world.
