Objective:
To help children to win by giving them opportunities to see themselves as capable and as an achiever.
May 1st through May 7th is Kids Win Week!
Help a child to win by providing opportunities for that child to experience himself as capable and see him or herself as an achiever. Ensure that they will have a series of successful experiences in a safe and supportive environment such that she will develop a competency or skill. The competency can be in martial arts, music, dance or anything else. The key is to find or create opportunities for success and to be there to support and encourage the child every step of the way.
Tell us about a child you have helped to win; a boy or girl who sees him or herself as capable because of your support and encouragement.
