Make them understand the merits of democracy in the fight against terror. Diplomats are intended to be roped in to bring an international thought makeover. Speakers to focus, throughout the year, to carve out minds against terror .

It is too quiet and chilly out here. Let us converse more and discuss all aspects of this world consuming criminal behaviour. Let us agree that terror can never be understood as another 'ism', but only as a crude manifestation of criminal behaviour.
