The 25th Anniversary of Transformers

May 08, 2009

Objective:
May 8, 1984, is the date of the release of issue #1 of the Marvel comic, thus the 25th Anniversary of the franchise.

Not counting advertisements, May 8th, 1984 was the first time the general public was made aware of the Transformers franchise. Over the next 25 years, the saga of shape-changing robots: the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons, has continued to reach new audiences around the world. Share your memories and thoughts about the anniversary.
