The day was fun, and I stretched myself farther than I thought I might go. Guess that explains why I'm so pooped. Expansion is work! Night all. Happy dreams!

I got hugged by around 100 random strangers, and also to celebrate World Kindness Day I am going to be extra kinda (and try to get everyone else to be) for an entire year.

World Kindness Day for Annika

by: familynavigation

Day we picked flowers from the garden for my preschoolers' teacher. She loved them and put them in the middle of the snack table for all the kids to enjoy. I hope it brightened their day.

Plus here is one way to be kind to your fellow parent.

Hi to all simple acts of kindness makes a great impact and might be a turning points in ones life.

Even in day to day experiences in our busy day in a bus when somebody offered a seat to a older people or pregnant women makes you smile and say nice. Even a simple smile can make a difference.

There's a story about the kindness of one of your worker's from 60 years ago at www.thejourneytowardpublication.blogspot.com . Thank you today to all the veterans and men of service who have put their lives at risk serving their countries. You are remembered.

Let's write about stories of kindness and the difference it has made in your life so we can transform and inspire others to join us.

The Origin of World Kindness Day: World Kindness Day evolved from a series of conferences in 1996-1997 in Japan by a group known as the World Kindness Movement. These conferences brought together groups interested in promoting more kindness around the world. It culminated in the "Declaration of Kindness" on November 13,1997. With this declaration, a new and very special day was born. I would like to have World Kindness - Wouldn't it be great? My kindness challenge is that everyone commit to performing Random Acts of Kindness, on this very day, and then blog about it. I challenge other Bloggers to to participate and truly make a difference by performing "random acts of kindness" or "paying it forward." Where did the concept of Random Acts of Kindness originate" "Established in 1995 as a 501c3 nonprofit organization, The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation is a resource for people committed to spreading kindness. We provide a wide variety of materials on our website, including activity ideas, lesson plans, project plans, teacher’s guide, project planning guide, publicity guide, and workplace resources on our website at http://www.actsofkindness.org – all free of charge."
