Over the past two and a half years I have written a screenplay of Jack’s early weeks in NICU and am pleased to say the script is now complete – and also getting some great responses from the movie community! I was thrilled when a producer said the following about the script: “I got to read your script over the weekend and found it extremely moving; what an experience to have had. The emotional peaks and troughs are covered fantastically, the medical detail is great and the characterisation of medics is also impressive.” This British independent movie is set to feature a mix of new and rising TV and film stars – and we’re planning to make the film in 2010, for a 2011 worldwide release – so it’ll be coming to a cinema near you! Our hope is that some of the profits from the movie will be donated to March Of Dimes – I’d love to hear back from anyone who can introduce me to their key fund raisers! Please can anyone help with this?
