It's that time of the year, so I'm sending you a reminder that Sepember 10 is World Suicide Prevention Day. I value you as a member and look forward to your posts.
We are approaching World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10.
I am looking forward to your posts.
It should be bigger and better this year.
IASP is on Facebook and twitter.
There are resources on the board including banners for you to use.
And don't forget to share this event on Facebook, twitter etc.
I have linked with all members of Make Noise for the Millennium Development Goals under my blog Milestones for a New Millennium at "Bloggers of BloggersUnite for the MDGs". If you have anything to say about ending poverty, educating our young, gender equity, child health, maternal health, ending AIDS, malaria, TB, environmental sustainability or global partnership please join and make your online voice heard in time for the United Nations summit on the MDGs in September.
We as bloggers have an opportunity to have a say about the 8 MDGs, 15 targets and 1,000,000 ideas out there to address these issues of alleviating poverty, education, women's rights, global health especially for maternity and children, protecting the environment, or fair trade and sustainable economic development and want a chance to address this issue when our world leaders are meeting you should be part of this event. Also please think about joining grou.ps/makenoiseformdgs
My latest post to the Make NOISE for the MDG event provides links to the UN informal interactive hearings with NGOs, Civil Society and the Private Sector. bit.ly/9R35Qj and linking to background on the policy initiatives.
Thanks for the add. I'm much more active at my community blog for identity politics (sexgenderbody.com) than I am at my solo blog for group politics (thenationalgadfly.com). I'm not sure which one caught your attention, but I do thank you for the add.
