Hurt Mom

I created a step-by-step account of what happened to me when I found out my son had been a victim of sexual abuse. I needed a voice without dishonoring my son's need for privacy and that is how I found myself blogging. My posts will be weekly and my hope is that others will join me on this journey toward healing by becoming a follower and sharing their thoughts.

osiyo, hi. I understand this position. I know there are many questions and concerns you have. This is most likely going to make a completely new shift in your lives together. I know, it is easy to read the 'pity' face on the person in the effected life. Be happy they are alive and able to grow from the experience, this will help him become a thriver, not just a survivor. I can also say, it's not easy getting passed being a victim, it's a long process. Be patient, give space. much love
