I enjoy writing and love having a blog. I write about life and health issues. I live with chronic pain and illness from fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and depression. I also have an adult son who has a disability, a type of thought disorder, labeled as schizophrenia. I love my dogs and consider them my medical companions and best friends. I love the outdoors, especially camping in the mountains of North Carolina and Virginia.
