My daughter was our first preemie. She was born at only 26 weeks gestation weighing only 2 pounds and was 14 inches long. My son was our second preemie. He was born at only 28 weeks gestation weighing 2 pounds 9 ounces and was 14 1/2 inches long. Today they are 5 and 3 1/2 and doing great! It was a long journey but was all worth it. We remember every day how blessed our family is to have our babies! They still do not have a reason for why I delivered them both so early.
