Free from what?
While it is quite a militant title, I would suggest to steer the event to a "freedom of expression".
I don't want to free Iran from anything. But we should support anyone who wants to speak up for their opinion without the fear of arrest or worse.
Can I suggest to use FreeIran, with "Free" not as a verb but an adjective? Free Iran as "a Free Iran = where everyone can speak up and express their opinion"...

What I regret...
What I regret is the stark contrast between the Bloggers Unite success of last year and the just a few participating in the current events.
Earth Day and World Water Day for example are big and important events. How come we can only gather a few hundreds, versus a few thousand blogs (last year events)...
Is it because Bloggers Unite just came out of Beta? Are there too little efforts to go viral (e.g. we blog about Earth Day, but there is little reference to Bloggers Unite).
No, I am not paid or associated with Bloggers Unite. But I think it showed to be an excellent tool to amass the vaste resource of millions of active bloggers for a good cause. We can not let this tool slip...

What we - bloggers - can and can not publish about Iran
6/24/09
by: petercasier
A controversial subject: As a blogger, take 2 seconds to fill in a short poll answering the question: Should bloggers publish lists of Iranian bloggers, Twitterers, YouTube and Facebook users actively covering the protests?
twtpoll.com/26hvxz (poll runs until June 26th)
Opinions on this matter welcome....
